The first of this exceptionally collectible series from Heaven Hills Distiller, the Parker’s Heritage Collection 1st Edition 11 year old Cask Strength Bourbon was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2007. Aged for a minimum of 11 years in charred American white oak barrels, this delightfully crafted bourbon was drawn from 68 hand-selected barrels housed on the fifth floor of Heaven Hill’s Rickhouse Y in Bardstown, KY. Produced in three very small batches – 22, 22, and 24 barrels each respectively – PHC 1st Edition is a truly rare collector’s bourbon and one of the most coveted of the entire series.
