Released in 2018, PHC Edition 12 has a matured barrel strength of 110-proof and is composed of a mash bill derived from 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye. The nose is introduced to waves of sweet orange crush candy along with light wood char and vanilla caramel cream.
