Limited to 141 barrels in the batch with roughly 18,400+ bottles in circulation, PHC 9th Edition was released in 2015 and is aged a minimum of 8 years with a mash bill of 65% malted barley and 35% corn and a matured barrel strength of 108-proof. Aromatic notes of maple-slathered leather and pine needles layered with notes of oak greet the nose. On the palate are hues of sticky toffee, butterscotch fudge, and bright pops of cedar spice.
